Chad's Training
Chad's training and conditioning have come a long way in the last few years. Chad trains in many fighting disciplines in order to further his MMA career. He focuses much of his time working on Jiu-Jitsu, boxing, wrestling, and Muay Thai.
Chad's stand up training is growing and adapting every day. Just recently, with the retirement of Chad's longtime boxing coach, Murray Sutherland, Chad has been working out in Standish, Michigan with Tom Toth. Tom has been an amazing coach and is sure to help Chad's boxing evolve to the next level.
Chad's conditioning is centered around 300 steps at Iargo Springs that he runs year round. Yes, even when they're snow covered and it's below zero outside! He lifts weights 4 days a week, incorporating lots of powerlifting techniques and high intensity interval training. Chad also follows a crossfit program and rides his bike for extra conditioning.
